About Beth

As Senior Director of Customer Success, Beth Di Toro works closely with the software team to ensure Attuned's partners experience successful implementations of our tools and seamless support — with student achievement and access to high-quality instruction as the ultimate measures of success — so that retention and growth are inevitable outcomes for our organization and the districts we serve.

Career Summary

Beth began her career teaching elementary and middle school before moving into leadership roles, including English Department Head at a bilingual school in Rome, ESL Lead and Literacy Interventionist for Fairfax County Public Schools, and Assistant Director of Literacy for Fort Bend ISD. Since 2019, she has led Customer Success teams at ed-tech organizations including Renaissance Learning and Just Right Reader, partnering with large, high-need districts such as LAUSD, Chicago Public Schools, Houston ISD, and NYC Public Schools to strengthen teaching, learning, and assessment through software and strategic implementation.

Education, Awards & Fellowships

Beth holds a Phil.B. from The Catholic University of America and M.A. in Elementary Education–Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Maryland. She also holds a K–12 Principal certification from Lamar University as well as a K–6 English as a Second Language certification.

My Why

Beth is motivated by the belief that meaningful progress in education happens when organizations work together to empower leaders, educators, students, and families to create the conditions for lasting impact. She believes that equitable access to high-quality education, effective tools that accelerate learning, and strong literacy foundations are moral imperatives. Every student deserves the opportunity to develop a lifelong love of learning and to achieve their full potential, and that possibility is shaped by the systems and supports surrounding them.

What Brings Me Joy

Outside of work, Beth is an avid reader, yogi, baker, and traveler. She lives with her bilingual English-Italian family outside of Houston, TX, and often visits family and friends in Rome.
