About Camilla

As Chief Schools Officer at Attuned Education Partners, Camilla supports senior school and system leaders to set, refine, and execute their vision for student success. Her work involves leading multi-year partnerships focused on strategic implementation and building organizational capacity, including designing strategic plans, formalizing instructional and leadership systems, and setting the vision for student culture, all with the goal of driving strong academic outcomes for students. Camilla’s track record demonstrates a consistent ability to deliver tangible results at both the system and school level. At Attuned, she has helped systems create five-year strategic plans to improve student outcomes and facilitated networks to shift toward a unified vision by strengthening leadership capacity. Camilla supported founding leaders to build their initial vision and instructional systems, enabling them to move seamlessly from design to successful execution and launch. 

Career Summary

Prior to Attuned, Camilla served for three years as Chief Academic Officer and briefly as Interim CEO at Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP). During her tenure, Camilla created a centralized college-ready academic vision for RMP’s four schools and a consistent model for developing leaders and teachers across the network. As a result, RMP saw higher student achievement in math, ranking the network in the top 20% of the state. Camilla also successfully led two turnaround schools to meet their yearly goals. As Principal at Achievement First’s Crown Heights Elementary School for seven years, the school ranked in the top three of the network’s NY elementary schools. Before stepping into her principal role, she served as the academic dean and ensured that the founding cohort of students ranked second in New York City.

Education, Awards & Fellowships

Camilla holds a Master’s in Education from Fordham University and undergraduate degrees in Film and Sociology from Vassar College.

My Why

Camilla believes that education empowers young people with agency to choose their own path. She knows firsthand how inconsistent systems can impact student outcomes, and she is driven to ensure that all students have a better educational experience. She leads with the knowledge that all children are capable of achieving high academic results regardless of background, especially when value is placed on improving, growth and support.

What Brings Me Joy

Outside of work, Camilla is an avid patron of the arts, enjoying art, music, film, and theater, and prioritizes spending quality time with family and friends.
