My Why

Dana believes that all children have the capacity to achieve, and is dedicated to ensuring that they have the teachers, leaders, and resources they need to do so. She believes that if adults in school systems hold themselves to high expectations, set high expectations for students, and use data to support students along the way, they can ensure excellent and equitable outcomes.
