About Kait

Kait Wilson is the Manager of Administration at Attuned Education Partners, where she oversees business operations, contract management, finance systems, and HR processes. She ensures that the organization has the structures and systems in place to operate smoothly and sustainably, enabling Attuned’s team to focus on delivering impact for partners. At Attuned, Kait has strengthened financial and operational systems to streamline contracting, invoicing, and compliance processes. Her work creates efficiencies that allow the team to scale impact and sustain deep, equity-centered partnerships with schools and systems.

Career Summary

Before joining Attuned, Kait was Vice President of Corporate Services for a corporate relocation company, where she led Risk Management, Human Resources, and Corporate Training. In that role, she designed and implemented data-driven processes to monitor and improve quality and risk, while building systems that enabled the company to expand services and improve the client experience. In addition to her work at Attuned, Kait serves as Territory Director of Camp Quality USA, a nonprofit that provides year-round programming for children with cancer and their families. In this role, she oversees regional operations and leads volunteer leadership, budgeting, and fundraising efforts across multiple programs.

What Brings Me Joy

Outside of work, Kait enjoys volunteering in her community, spending time with her husband and sons, leading summer and family camps for children facing medical challenges, and reading.
