About Natalie
Natalie Gordon is a Chief Schools Officer at Attuned Education Partners, where she facilitates professional learning cohorts for principal supervisors and district office leaders. She coaches district leaders on how to build their capacity to lead instructional and strategic planning initiatives for their teams. Natalie has driven extensive success within the leadership teams she has coached, including helping select leaders go on to become superintendents of their districts. In one of her most longstanding partnerships, Natalie supported a large urban New England school district with launching a school design cohort focused on supporting leaders in re-designing and launching school programs aligned to the district’s Portrait of a Graduate and aimed at improving student outcomes.

Natalie holds an Executive MBA from Georgetown University, an M.S.A. in Educational Administration from Trinity College, and a B.A. in History from Washington University in St. Louis. She also is a graduate of the New Leaders for New Schools Principal program and the Teach For America School Systems Leaders Fellowship.
My Why
Natalie truly loved school as a child, and was fortunate to benefit from excellent teachers and an exemplary public school education. Her desire is for all Black and brown children to experience that same love for school, and that drives everything she does at Attuned.
What Brings Me Joy
Natalie is an avid traveler and can often be found at a national (or international) Caribbean carnival. She also enjoys fitness, spending time with family and friends, and she sits on the boards of a school and a scholarship foundation.
