About Natalie
Natalie Gordon is a Chief Schools Officer at Attuned Education Partners, where she coaches district leaders and builds their capacity to lead instructional and strategic planning initiatives for their teams. She also facilitates professional learning cohorts for principal supervisors and district office leaders regarding research-based leadership best practices. Natalie has driven extensive success with the leaders with whom she has partnered and has supported several in their moves to become superintendents of their own districts. Additionally, Natalie has found particular success in launching re-design cohorts that lead to significant improvement in the student learning experience.

Education, Awards & Fellowships
Natalie holds an Executive MBA from Georgetown University, an M.S.A. in Educational Administration from Trinity College, and a B.A. in History from Washington University in St. Louis. She also is a graduate of the New Leaders for New Schools Principal program and the Teach For America School Systems Leaders Fellowship.
My Why
Natalie truly loved school as a child, and was fortunate to benefit from excellent teachers and an exemplary public school education. Her desire is for all Black and brown children to experience that same love for school, and that drives everything she does at Attuned.
What Brings Me Joy
Natalie has a furbaby that she adores named Toby and is also an avid traveler. She can often be found at a national (or international) Caribbean carnival and/or taking a historical tour in a new city. She also enjoys fitness, spending time with family and friends, and she sits on the boards of two schools and a university scholarship organization.
