STAYING POWER: A CHARTER STAFF RETENTION REPORT
DOWNLOAD THE REPORT
In partnership with the Charter School Growth Fund, we analyzed two years of Spark staff survey data from more than 24,000 staff across 400+ charter schools, and interviewed leaders at networks like Uncommon Schools, Ascend, and Santa Fe South, to understand what keeps charter staff coming back. The data show that attrition is predictable, that retention is tied to student achievement, and that the biggest drivers of staff return sit within a leader’s control. In this report, you will find six cross-cutting findings along with detailed case studies showing how networks have acted on them. Fill out the form below to download the report.
